The International Women‘s Club (IWC) of Israel, one of the many IWC clubs worldwide, is a non-profit, non-religious, apolitical organization dedicated to building bridges between internationals and locals.
We are proud of our long tradition of shared experiences that promote friendship and understanding, whether we are learning about Israel, or the many other cultures and nations represented in the international community.
We welcome all spouses and partners in the diplomatic and the international communities here. Our more than 300 members, and our board and committees, all volunteers, provide a fun, active, and educational introduction to Israel. The IWC is the ideal place to meet fellow expats and Israelis, make friends, and enjoy a diverse environment.
How does the IWC function? The IWC is led by the Executive-Committee.
The Executive-Committees consists of the following offices: President, 1st Vice-President, 2nd-Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership-Convener, Newsletter-Editor. The board is composed of the Executive Team and Heads of Committees.
The club’s activities are planned and developed by committees and clubs that are led by a Head of Committee.
The Executive Committee and the Board are governed by the IWC Constitution.
English is the official language of the Club.
